Red Light Therapy
Before
  1. Come with clean, bare skin — no lotion, sunscreen, or heavy makeup (they block light absorption)

  2. Skip lotion/sunscreen that day if you're also tanning same-day — ask us how to time both

  3. Let us know about any medications that increase light sensitivity

  4. Most people go in a swimsuit or underwear for max skin exposure — bring a change if you'd rather not

After
  1. Follow the aftercare guidance we give you at your appointment

  2. Drink water, moisturize as normal

  3. Consistency is the real driver here — most people notice a difference after a handful of regular sessions, not one visit
